Our Services
Individual Psychotherapy
Psychological therapy is offered to adolescents and adults.

Adolescents
If you are describing overwhelming concerns related to feeling insecure in social settings (e.g., What people think of me?), feeling alone, anxious, unable to cope with life's demands, or thoughts about the past or the future, we can work together to collaboratively address these concerns.
Adults
If you are experiencing general mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, experiencing overwhelming emotions, self-criticism, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder, and/or living/adjusting to major life changes, we can work together to find the right approaches to address these concerns.
First Responder &
Frontline Worker Therapy
We provide individual psychological treatment to First Responders and Frontline Workers. Together, we address work-related traumas, stress, and burnout. These common experiences for First Responders and Frontline Workers can present as depression, anxiety, anger, alcohol and substance misuse, and/or difficulties with personal relationships.
